They are also a good investment. We have seen in the past growth well in excess of 10%/year, and based only on 10% your investment could easily double in 10 years.
- A big selling point with many of our clients is that fractionals facilitate their desire to keep connected with their often far-flung families. If family members know that on certain weeks of the year the fractional member will be in Puerto Pollensa they can organise themselves around fractional members designated weeks.
